Job Overview:
This position supports the mission and operations by managing the live stream production of games and events. The Livestream Manager will be responsible for the preproduction and production of a high-quality live stream of sporting events, primarily on Friday's and Saturdays. This role involves ensuring all files and programs are prepared before the live stream, as well as coordinating a seamless production during the game. The Livestream Manager will be responsible with all audio/visual aspects of the production.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Prepare files, scenes, and streaming protocols before each game.
•Set up, operate, and troubleshoot video and audio streaming systems.
•Proactively monitor and manage production systems and stream while live ensuring the stream is running properly.
•Take cues and plan scene changes based on game flow.
•Run the live stream (includes scheduling, starting, and ending streams, switching camera angles, and monitoring video and audio feeds).
•Manage and direct crew composing of videographers and broadcasters
•Maintain and ensure the proper functioning of all livestreaming equipment.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
•Experience in live video/streaming production, especially in a sports environment, is a plus.
•Ability to adapt and react quickly to changes during live events.
•Collaborate effectively with the tech team, coaching staff, and team leadership.
•Capability of identifying and resolving various audio and video issues.
•Strong multitasking, prioritization, and communication skills.
•Motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
•Proficiency in technical concepts and processes related to live streaming, including familiarity with software and hardware.
•Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of Mac OS.
•Knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
•Proficient with recording and editing equipment and software for live streaming and videos, specifically OBS, YouTube Studio, and video editing software like Adobe Premiere or OpenShot Video Editor.
•Dependable and punctual.

Pay: $125.00 - $200.00 per day
