Position Summary:

We are seeking experienced Multi-Axis Lathe Machinists to join our team. This role involves the setup and operation of Mori Seiki NZX 1500 lathes. First shift, 7am-3:30pm (flex).

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate Mori Seiki multi-axis lathes and controls

- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

- Edit and troubleshoot programs using G & M codes

- Verify part quality and complete required documentation

- Work with tight tolerances (±0.0001")

- Maintain compliance with ISO / AS9100 standards

Qualifications

- Technical degree in machining or related field, or equivalent experience

- Minimum of 10 years of machining experience, including multi-axis lathes

- Experience with multi-spindle and multi-turret lathe systems

- Proficient in GD&T and CNC program editing

- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach

- Manual dexterity for handling tools and machine components

- Lift/move items over 50 lbs occasionally

- Ability to climb or balance as needed

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive hourly wage starting at $25.00 – $40.00/hr, based on experience)
