Position Overview:

CZT Energy USA INC is a leading manufacturer specializing in solar panel mounting systems akin to the steel fabrication industry. We are seeking a seasoned Mold Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our mold maintenance operations, ensuring high efficiency and precision in our production processes.

Location: Sealy, TX

Salary Range: $72,800 - $83,200 annually

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision and Leadership:

· Supervise and lead the mold maintenance team, ensuring all molds and tooling are maintained to the highest standards.

· Train and mentor maintenance staff on the latest mold maintenance techniques and safety protocols.

2. Maintenance Strategy:

· Develop and implement maintenance strategies that improve the lifecycle and performance of molds used in solar panel mount production.

· Coordinate with production and engineering teams to align mold maintenance with production schedules and requirements.

3. Diagnosis and Repair:

· Oversee the diagnosis, repair, and enhancement of complex molds, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

· Manage the procurement and inventory of mold parts and supplies, ensuring availability and cost-efficiency.

4. Quality Improvement:

· Conduct regular reviews of mold design and suggest improvements based on the latest industry trends and technologies.

· Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

5. Collaboration:

· Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

· Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to senior management.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field is required.

· A minimum of 10 years of experience in mold maintenance with at least 5 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing environment related to solar energy or metal fabrication.

· Extensive knowledge of mold design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

· Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team of technicians.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in high-pressure environments.

· Proficient in using CAD software and understanding technical drawings and specifications.

· Strong organizational and communication skills.

· Preferred bilingual capabilities and experience working in a multicultural environment.
