Duties and Responsibilities:

· Implement maintenance and reliability systems throughout the plant: PM, TPM, Work Place Organization, etc

· Training of Engineers, and Technicians related to Maintenance techniques, Job Safety Analysis, Lockout & Tags etc.

· Breakdown analysis & corrective /preventive action plan & implementation

· In-house development of imported spares

· Development of vendors

· Ensure the availability of parts for maintenance

· Up gradation of the equipment for de-bottle necking the process

· Implementation of SAP

· Implement OSHA standards in work culture to achieve zero recordable injury

· Inspect construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established specifications.

· Direct maintenance personnel and workers engaged in equipment installation, facilities equipment repair, and preventive maintenance.

· Must be hands-on leader for electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs.
