Maintenance Lead
Basic Employee Responsibilities
Every Q2 ALS employee is expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner.

•Carrying out other tasks from time to time as assigned by a supervisor or request for assistance as needed.
Position Specific Responsibilities
This role is responsible for performing corrective and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
•Complete work assignments ensuring work is completed thoroughly and in a timely manner.
•Perform outlined procedures for regular machine preventive/predictive maintenance program.
•Conduct troubleshooting and repair activities for machine breakdowns as necessary.
•Assist with installation of new equipment
•Maintain maintenance standards and recommend maintenance program improvements
•Notify appropriate personnel of stock deficiencies and tool/material requirements.
•Support and maintain the department lean initiatives as set out in system requirements.
Required Minimum Qualifications
•General building and grounds maintenance experience
•Experience operating small equipment
•Valid Class 5 and clean Driver’s Abstract
Physical Demands
•Working in all conditions outdoors and working in manufacturing shop environment where there may be loud noises and temperature variations
•Ability to operate small equipment
•Standing and walking for long periods
•Pushing, pulling, bending, some twisting in the movement of goods and material
Awkward positions
Must have a class 5 Drivers License and a clean driving record.
Able to drive a company truck while pulling a trailer, operating a bobcat, hauling and moving yard equipment (mowers etc.)
Able to perform general yard maintenance and supervise a team.
