Key Responsibilities:
•Entra ID Administration: Manage user identities and access, enforce security policies, and oversee identity governance.
•Exchange Online Administration: Maintain and troubleshoot email services, ensure data integrity and compliance.
•Exchange On-Premises Infrastructure Management: Manage the on-premises Exchange infrastructure for SMTP Relay and business continuity support.
•License Management: Optimize license allocations, ensure compliance with software licensing agreements.
•Azure Information Protection: Implement data classification, labeling, and encryption policies to protect sensitive information.
•Data-at-Rest Encryption: Apply and manage encryption solutions for stored data, including managing Thales HSMs to support encryption requirements.
•Service Onboarding: Facilitate smooth integration of new services into the existing IT ecosystem.
•Entra ID Service Principal Management: Administer service principals, configure permissions, and manage automated workflows, including the creation, rotation, and expiration of secrets and certificates.
•Managed Identities in Microsoft Entra: Oversee the creation, configuration, and management of managed identities, ensuring secure access control and continuous monitoring.
•Entra ID Federation Administration: Manage identity federation, enabling seamless single sign-on experiences.
•Business Continuity: Develop and test disaster recovery plans, ensure service resilience.
•Copilot Deployment and Maintenance: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and ongoing support of Copilot across the organization.
•Message Center Monitoring and Communication: Monitor the message center, triage and prioritize user-impacting items, and lead communication efforts to ensure the organization stays informed.
•Tenant Security Management: Oversee security configurations and policies within the tenant, conduct regular security audits, and ensure compliance with security standards.
•Retention Policies Management: Develop and enforce data retention policies to ensure compliance and data governance.
•Microsoft Purview Administration: Oversee data governance, risk, and compliance solutions within Microsoft Purview.
•Workspace Reservation Software Administration: Oversee user access management, configure advanced settings, and provide support for end-users.
•Workspace Reservation Software Deployment: Lead the deployment and upgrade of the software, ensuring it integrates smoothly with existing systems and meets organizational requirements.
•Workspace Reservation Software Configuration: Configure the software to meet organizational needs, including setting up reservation rules, policies, and workflows.
•Integration with Microsoft 365: Ensure seamless integration of the Workspace Reservation software with Microsoft 365 services, such as Teams and Outlook.
•Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and administrators, ensuring they are proficient in using the software.

Management: Oversee major projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT operations.
+ Tactical
Implementation: Ensure the department manager's vision and strategy are implemented successfully, taking complete ownership of the Microsoft 365 environment and related areas of expertise.
Qualifications:
•8+ years of experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments.
•Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Information Systems or an equivalent field.
•Extensive experience in managing Microsoft 365 environments.
•Advanced knowledge of Entra ID, Exchange Online, and Exchange On-Premises.
•Expertise in Azure Information Protection and data-at-rest encryption.
•Experience with service onboarding, managing service principals, managed identities, and identity federation.
•Proven ability to develop and test disaster recovery plans.
•Ability to deploy and maintain Copilot and monitor the message center.
•Strong understanding of tenant security management, retention policies, and Microsoft Purview.

WORK LOCATION – Taylor, TX:
•Employees will be required to be on-site in Taylor, TX at minimum 2 days per week, or more, as needed based on the business needs as determined by management
•On-site schedules are flexible or may be rotated based on business needs as determined by the Manager
•Remote work is required to be performed from your Texas residence.
•Employees may opt to work on-site more than required or 100% of the time

Expected Salary Range:
$99,230 - $168,715
