JOB SUMMARY:
As an IT Administrator with expertise in network management, Microsoft Dynamics, and Azure, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company's IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing network operations, managing Microsoft Dynamics applications, and maintaining Azure cloud services to support our business operations. Your technical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will be critical to the success of our IT department.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Network Management:- Design, implement, and maintain the company's network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal network availability and security.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve network-related problems.
Microsoft Dynamics Administration:- Handle future conversion from existing ERP to a new platform.
- Manage Microsoft Dynamics applications, including Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement and
Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Customize and configure Dynamics applications to meet business requirements.
- Provide user support and training on Dynamics applications.
- Ensure data integrity and security within Dynamics systems.
Azure Cloud Services:- Deploy, monitor, and maintain Azure cloud services and resources.
- Optimize Azure resources for cost efficiency and performance.
- Implement security measures and disaster recovery plans for Azure services.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy and manage applications on Azure.
IT Support:- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems promptly to minimize downtime.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Fully Bilingual
- Proven experience in network administration and infrastructure management.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure cloud services.
- Certifications in network administration, Microsoft Dynamics, and Azure (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Microsoft
Certified: Dynamics 365, Azure Administrator) are a plus.- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data security.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., Hyper-V, VMware).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- Project management skills for managing IT projects.
