As the Manager of Corporate Operational Excellence for the Corporate Development, Knowledge Mangement, you will be leading Nextera’s knowledge management practice for the company. Knowledge management is a cornerstone in the foundation for the company’s AI ambitions. You will be responsible for helping the company achieve those ambitions by both growing and strengthening the foundation of the company’s knowledge management platform Employee Share Net (ESN). This platform, built on SharePoint and interwoven with the M365 suite, has experienced rapid utilization growth as the need for knowledge management has grown with the growth and increasing complexity of functions within the company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing an eclectic team that is both customer facing and software development focused. You will wear multiple hats as you serve as product owner, platform advocate, subject matter expert and agile delivery manager. It will be your responsibility to continue the increase in platform utilization and customer sentiment with regards to ESN and the knowledge management practice.
This position is responsible for Six Sigma programs, projects, and processes in order to establish and maintain quality standards of existing services, as well as developing programs to focus employees on quality improvement. Employees in this position lead a team of certified Six Sigma professionals.
