Summary:

Efficiently purchase, process, and prepare for shipping all materials while maintaining a professional level of customer service and complying with the company, local, state, and federal regulations.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Unload all customers.

- Treat all customers, staff, drivers, and the general public with courtesy and respect.

- Check all lubricants and fluid levels on all equipment.

- Keep equipment clean and in proper working condition.

- Report any equipment maintenance issues immediately.

- Keep work area clean, organized, and clutter-free.

- Process, package, and/or bale material in a timely manner as per company specifications.

- Report all accidents, injuries or incidents to the recycle center manager immediately.

- Maintain confidentiality of all financial data.

Required Qualifications:

- High School Diploma.

- Minimum 1-5 years work experience.

- Basic computer skills.

- Exceptional time management.

- Professional manner and strong ethical code.

- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.

- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds at a time.

- Communicate with others and exchange accurate information.

- Operate a computer and other office machinery or equipment.

- Ability to safely enter and exit all equipment.

- Requires working outside in all weather conditions.
