Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and adaptable Facility Maintenance Hand to support daily operations across multiple company locations. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys varied work, takes pride in keeping facilities clean and functional, and can quickly shift priorities throughout the day. With our company’s strong growth trajectory, this position offers excellent opportunities to learn new skills and advance over time.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform routine facility upkeep, including cleaning scales, groundskeeping, and general yard cleanup.

· Spray for weeds, handle basic landscaping tasks, and maintain clean and orderly outdoor areas.

· Pick up trash and support site cleanliness at all assigned locations.

· Assist with light farm duties, such as feeding animals and general farm maintenance.

· Coordinate tasks across five different locations, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

· Safely operate a company-provided vehicle to travel between sites.

· Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to adapt to shifting daily priorities.

Qualifications:

· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.

· Ability to work independently, stay organized, and switch tasks quickly based on operational needs.

· Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

· Basic mechanical or maintenance skills are a plus but not required.

· Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
