Metal Processor

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Metal Processor to separate, sort, clean and bail all precious metals and ferrous metals to be shipped for recycling.

Responsibilities

- Sort through metal items to identify and separate different types of metal based on established guidelines.

- Inspect materials for quality and conformity and remove any contaminates or non-material items.

- Organize sorted metals in designated areas for access and processing.

- Perform manual labor in a fast-paced environment.

- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment

REQUIREMENTS

- Must have a minimum of 1 year bobcat/forklift experience.

- Ability to lift and move heavy materials consistently throughout shift.

- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions.

- Must have a demonstrated ability to follow directions.

- Good communication skills for effective teamwork.

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
