We're Hiring: Sheet Metal Fabricators (Entry-Level to Foreman)
Location: Norristown, PA | Pay Range: $15–$40/hour | Full-Time

We’re hiring Sheet Metal Fabricators and shop team members across five levels—from entry-level trainees to seasoned foremen. Whether you’re new to the trade or have years under your belt, this is the place to build skills, take ownership, and do work that actually means something.
We’re not here for clock-punchers or corner-cutters. We want A-players who take pride in their craft and thrive in a team that moves fast and sets the bar high.
- Entry-Level Shop Helper / Trainee ($15–$20/hr)
New to the trade. You’re dependable, hands-on, and ready to learn. We’ll teach you the tools and the trade—just bring the attitude.
- Level 1 – Apprentice ($21–$25/hr)
Mechanically inclined and serious about a future in fabrication. You're learning layout, welding, and equipment under guidance.
- Level 2 – Intermediate ($26–$30/hr)
2–4 years of experience. You’ve run shop machinery, done layout and MIG welding, and you're building consistency and confidence.
- Level 3 – Junior Foreman ($31–$35/hr)
4–6 years of experience. You know the job inside and out and are starting to lead others while maintaining high-quality output.
- Level 4 – Foreman ($36–$40/hr)
7+ years in the trade. You lead by example, run jobs, train the team, and ensure the shop hits deadlines and quality benchmarks.- Operate brake presses, shears, layout tools, welders (TIG/MIG/Stick/Laser)
- Read and execute work orders, blueprints, and technical drawings
- Support and/or lead production jobs
- Train up or mentor down—depending on where you are
- Take ownership of quality, safety, and production flow
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- A no-nonsense work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions, think ahead, and improve continuously
- Fabrication experience (required for Levels 2–4; not required for Entry/Level 1)
- Competitive pay: $15–$40/hour depending on level and experience

This position operates in a fabrication shop environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving machinery, metalworking tools, airborne particles, heat, and noise associated with fabrication equipment. Proper PPE (personal protective equipment) is provided and required.
- Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
- Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
- Use hand/power tools and operate shop equipment
- Follow safety procedures and wear PPE at all times
