Mechanic Foreman

Join our team and take the lead in maintaining and repairing heavy mobile equipment in a surface mining environment. We’re looking for an experienced Mechanic with strong leadership skills and deep knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and more.

- Oversee daily shop operations

- Supervise a skilled maintenance team

- Ensure Safety Compliance

- Drive efficiency, uptime & performance

FULL-TIME ǀ COMPETITIVE PAY & BENEFITS

- 5+ years of experience required

- CDL & PA State Inspection License preferred

- 3 years supervisory/leadership preferred
