Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Foreman to join our dynamic team. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities on construction sites to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute projects efficiently.

- Manage and lead a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

- Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and resource allocation.

- Inspect work progress, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.

- Maintain accurate records of work activities, including daily progress reports, safety inspections, and project documentation.

- Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for the projects.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.

- Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or a degree in construction management is a plus.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
