We are seeking a detail‑oriented and highly organized Measurement Coordinator at our Channelview, TX refinery to support our operations by ensuring accurate data collection, measurement processes. In this role, you will work closely with field teams, project managers, and leadership to maintain measurement standards, verify data integrity, and support continuous improvement across projects
- Coordinate and manage all measurement activities across Hartree Channelview Sight
- Collect, review, and validate measurement data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Maintain detailed records, logs, and documentation for all measurement-related tasks.
- Collaborate with field staff to resolve discrepancies and ensure consistent measurement practices
- Prepare and distribute measurement reports to internal teams
- Support audits, quality checks, and process improvements related to measurement workflows
- Ensuring calibration schedules are adhered to, coordinating inventory movements, and collaborating with various departments to support operational efficiency
- Retain copies of all truck, barge, tank to tank transfer, and pipeline movements in accordance with government agency regulations
- Prepare and submit all reporting to the Railroad Commission of Texas monthly
- Weekly EIA 800 Reports
- Prepare all reports to be submitted to the IRS
- Update inventory spreadsheet in excel daily with all movements
- Update and approve all meter tickets
- Confirm all barge, tank to tank transfers, and pipeline movements with inspection companies after completion to verify total volumes received or discharged
- Monitor and report variances on day-to-day production volumes, tank volumes compared to metered volumes, physical gauges compared to radar levels on tanks
- TWIC required
- Experience in measurement, data coordination, quality control, or related field is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
- Familiarity with measurement equipment, barges, tank gauging, and field data collection preferred by not required
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or discrepancies
