The Opportunity:

As a Materials Technologist you will actively participate in Endless Rod and progressing cavity pump technology product development and manufacturing projects. Your technical expertise will support performing materials testing and evaluation to aid material selection, material development.

Your Responsibilities:

In alignment with the Lifting Solutions culture, mission, vision and values, you will be responsible to:

- Perform materials testing and conduct product inspections and failure analysis.

- Coordinate, monitor and collect data from trials on manufacturing floor.

- Prepare and maintain equipment-specific and test-specific laboratory work instructions and maintenance logs.

- Effectively utilize and schedule lab equipment to manage multiple test requests and priorities.

Your Qualifications and Experience:

- Degree or Diploma in Materials, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.

- Relevant materials testing laboratory experience and/or experience in manufacturing environment is considered an asset. Will train the right candidate.

- Comfort/experience performing hands on work with tools and industrial equipment such as cut-of saw, metallurgical polisher and inspection tools.
