JOB SUMMARY

The Materials & Inventory Manager is responsible for establishing and implementing policies and procedures that promote the effective use of company inventory and balance operational execution with capital efficiency. This role will also eventually select, develop, train, and evaluate the performance of team members. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS* Develop, implement, and continuously improve policies, procedures, and material control systems to optimize efficiency and reduce costs

QUALIFICATIONS Education & Experience* High school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities* Working knowledge of inventory accounting

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS* Lift, push, or pull objects of various dimensions up to 30 lbs. of weight frequently
