Material Handler (Onsite: Lafayette, LA)

The Material Handler under direct supervision safely and effectively packages and ships produced product per product specifications, formulations, and/or customer requirements.

- Pay Rate: Up to $20.00/hour, depending on experience.

- Assignment Length: 12-month contract with the high possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and other factors.

Responsibilities:

- Crate/uncrate parts.

- Move parts with Crane.

- Operate a forklift as required.

- Receive and unloads raw material used in production.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED required.

- Ability to operate a forklift.

- Able to lift 35 lbs.

- Ability to work in a loud environment

- Team player.

Machinery/tools used:

- Forklift /Combilift

- Overhead crane

- Drills & hammers
