Job Summary Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Master Scheduler to join the PURIS team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating comprehensive project schedules to ensure successful execution across multiple operations. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Operations, and the Regional Vice President, you will be a key player in driving project timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring that deadlines and milestones are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage integrated master schedules for all projects, considering dependencies and resource availability.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Project Managers, Operations, and other stakeholders to gather and integrate schedule data.

- Read construction documents and perform quantity takeoffs as needed to build project schedules.

- Track and report project progress regularly to the Regional Vice President and project stakeholders.

- Identify risks, delays, or conflicts in project timelines and recommend mitigation strategies.

- Facilitate meetings with field staff and contractors to review project timelines and updates.

- Update schedules based on feedback and project changes, maintaining accuracy and transparency.

- Use scheduling and ERP software (e.g., MS Project, HCSS, Acumatica) to create and manage project timelines.

- Support implementation of business unit policies, corporate initiatives, and day-to-day operations as needed.

- Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate key schedule metrics and project performance.


Requirements & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; or advanced degree preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in project or construction scheduling, preferably in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

- Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (HCSS preferred).

- Experience using ERP systems (Acumatica preferred).

- Strong understanding of project management principles and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify critical paths.

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership.

- Skilled in generating detailed reports and visualizing schedule data (Excel, Tableau, etc.).

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
