Position Highlights:

- Location: The PEAK, Missoula, Montana - Compensation: Commission-based; average $35/hour +tips

What You’ll Do: As a PEAK Massage Therapist, you’ll provide therapeutic services to clients, customizing each session to support their needs. You’ll work in a serene wellness environment offering 60-, 90-, and 120-minute massages, such as deep tissue, Swedish, hot stone massage. Your role includes creating personalized treatment plans, documenting client progress, and maintaining a clean, inviting space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform various massage types and adjust techniques based on client goals.

- Maintain detailed, secure records of each session in our booking system.

- Follow all draping and safety protocols for client comfort and security.

- Keep the spa organized, tidy, and welcoming.

- Offer clients post-treatment guidance to encourage ongoing wellness.

What We’re Looking For:

- Certified Massage Therapist with a minimum of 500 hours of training from an accredited program.

- Valid massage therapy license as per state law; CPR and AED certified.

- Previous spa, clinic, or wellness experience with expertise in deep tissue and other therapeutic modalities.

- Passion for health, fitness, and providing an exceptional client experience.
