We are currently seeking a Marketing and Sales Intern for the HEN Project Development department located in our Dallas, TX office. This is a paid summer internship opportunity with housing provided if needed.
This intern will help shape go-to-market strategies, support customer engagement, and drive awareness of emerging technologies. This role offers valuable experience in market analysis, sales enablement, and strategic communication. This opportunity is ideal for students seeking hands-on exposure to energy tech and startup operations.
- Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new energy connectivity solutions
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive positioning
- Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and digital content
- Contribute to lead generation efforts through outreach, CRM updates, and campaign support
- Help coordinate customer engagement activities, including demos and feedback sessions
- Engage in sales outreach efforts and help prospect and sell to customers
- Rising junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree or master’s in business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3.0 grade point average
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales processes
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn)
- Strong research and data analysis capabilities
- Clear and professional written communication
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take initiative
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Collaborative and open to feedback in a cross-functional setting
- Curious and eager to learn about emerging technologies and market dynamics
