Position Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Intern/ Part Time Marketing Associate will support MSS marketing efforts in various tasks and initiatives aimed at promoting the company's products/services, enhancing brand awareness, and engaging with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, and digital advertising. This involves tasks such as content creation, scheduling, and monitoring campaign performance.

Market Research: Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Compile findings into reports and present insights to inform marketing strategies.

Content Creation: Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, blog posts, and website content. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms. Prepare regular reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for optimization.

Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and managing communication channels.

Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience using Hubspot CRM Marketing and Sales Platform

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is advantageous.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
