What You’ll Do
•Understand, capture and communicate the value of GridIntel’s software products.
•Organize Ideal Customer Profiles by product and sector aiding in the targeting creation of marketing qualified leads.
•Responsible for increasing the quantity and quality of GridIntel marketing qualified leads.
•Support GridIntel’s Business Development team in communicating value to prospects via targeted marketing messaging (ex. materials, client-facing documents, and visual assets).
•Assist with building and maintaining marketing lists, email campaigns, and reporting within GridIntel’s CRM.
•Support content creation through photography and videography, including capturing, editing, and organizing footage for use across platforms.
•Draft and schedule social media content, in alignment with broader content strategies.
•Coordinate event logistics and materials as directed, including trade show prep and internal/external engagement support.
•Maintain content libraries, marketing calendars, and campaign documentation.
•Contribute to GridIntel website updates, SEO tagging, and general marketing administrative tasks.
•Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure timely execution and alignment with established strategies.
What You Bring
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
•1–3 years of experience in a marketing or creative role (internships welcome)
•Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
•Familiarity with website content management systems
•Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva
•Experience in videography and/or photography (shooting, editing, and post-production)
•Comfortable working with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and YouTube
•Organized, proactive, and able to take direction while managing multiple priorities
•Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
