Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our B2B marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, content creation, campaign execution, and event coordination. This role will be integral in helping us generate leads, strengthen brand awareness, and engage our construction company and educational institution clients.
•Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
•Coordinate and create compelling content, such as blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and white papers.
•Assist with the company’s social media presence, scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and optimizing strategies.
•Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
•Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and performance data to assess campaign effectiveness.
•Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product development, to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
•Maintain and update marketing collateral, website content, and promotional materials.
•Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.
•Assist in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, including LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
•Work with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed to execute marketing projects.
•Manage and track inventory levels, coordinate vendor orders under the Senior Creative Manager's supervision, update and order staff business cards, and research new promotional items and trinkets as needed.
•Provide Jira support for the Marketing Department by creating and managing Jira boards to organize and track projects, monitoring board activity to ensure timely task completion, and flagging any issues.
•Support other departments within NCCER through fulfilling marketing requests as directed.
•Manage all marketing tasks for the Build Your Future campaign, including fulfilling online store orders, developing campaign strategies, creating content, and executing promotional activities.
•Monitor and address marketing customer support tickets, respond to inquiries as needed, and ensure submitted marketing materials from external parties comply with brand identity and logo guidelines.
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
•1+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B or education/training industry.
•Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
•Experience with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, and social media platforms is a plus.
•Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
•Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
•Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and marketing automation is a plus.
•Creative thinker with a passion for driving brand engagement and lead generation.
Software Skills:
•Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
•Experience with Google marketing tools including Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager and Data Studio highly preferred
•Contact management, website content management and/or html knowledge preferred
•HubSpot knowledge preferred
•WordPress knowledge preferred
•Ability to use Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) preferred
