We are looking for our next
Marketing and Communications Directorto lead our marketing efforts across North America !
In this role, you will develop and execute local marketing and communication initiatives aligned with Motul Group’s global objectives. You’ll be responsible for strengthening brand awareness, ensuring consistent messaging, and managing stakeholder engagement, while also supporting our Trade Marketing team to drive in-market activation and sales enablement.

Education/ Experience:
Bachelor's or master's Degree from University or Business School
+6 years’ experience in a Marketing – Trade, Brand, Communications
+3 years as a team leader/project manager position
PMP Certification – desired
Proven track of results in similar B2B or B2C environments preferably in the Automotive or Powersport Industry
Additional Requirements
Valid Driver License.
Passport to allow international travel.
Travel Up to 50%.
