Manufacturing Tech Advanced Core Wax 1st Shift 6am to 2:30pm (P)

A Snapshot of Your Day Will be working with wax injection operations for soluble wax, fugitive wax parts as well as dewaxing fugitives for core molding. Technician checks all wax injection machines for proper operation and sets up and follows daily production schedule for the production of chills, soluble and fugitive parts. Monitors all equipment systems according to production specifications to produce parts of exceptional quality in the Gibsonton Florida Location. How You’ll Make an Impact - Trained and signed off on Demonstrated Skills Checklist for Mercury, Molding and Demolding Technician. Completes LOTO training for specific molding and demolding unit operations. - Checking the daily schedule for the amount of completed fugitives to be produced per shift as well as check schedule against all inventory staged for operations. - Ensuring the correct practice is pulled up on production system screen (Mercury) while performing fugitive wax injection as well as soluble removal process and performing CTQ Audits and basic Housekeeping throughout the shift. - Processing wax soluble parts and fugitives and follow soluble removal steps according to engineering specifications and quality standards. Understanding and following manufacturing and quality instructions. - Monitoring and maintaining good documentation practices. Analyzing and recording part specific process parameters. - Adjusting machines, setting controls, and performing troubleshoot as required by operational and quality criteria. What You Bring - Evidence of a completed High school or GED is required. - Ability to explain problems simply and clearly and basic computer skills - Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and diligence. - Basic Math skills. - Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. - This position will require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security, and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls. Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must be able to work with export-controlled technology under US export control law.
