Purpose of Role: The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the Finishing department with accountability for safety, quality, productivity, equipment, training, production targets, cost, and team morale. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
