Manufacturing Engineer

Support and optimize the core processes within our foundry, including metal forming, welding, casting, melting operations, and machining. This hands-on role will work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to improve process reliability, product quality, and operational efficiency. Direct supervision of Maintenance and Manufacturing Engineering techs. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing engineering and a passion for driving continuous improvement in a heavy industrial environment.
