Manufacturing Engineer

This role is vital to enhancing our manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring consistent product quality. The successful candidate will play a key role in process development, technology implementation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and continuously improve manufacturing processes, including automation initiatives, to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.

Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and support root cause analysis and corrective action processes.

Contribute to efficient scheduling and resource planning to maximize production output.

Research, recommend, and integrate new manufacturing technologies to maintain competitive edge.

Identify and resolve technical issues related to production equipment, processes, and materials.

Evaluate production costs and drive initiatives for cost reduction and operational efficiency.

Create and maintain accurate manufacturing documentation, including work instructions, process plans, and drawings.

Manage or contribute to projects focused on product development, process enhancement, and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide mentorship to technical and floor personnel as required.

Qualifications:

of relevant experience in manufacturing or process engineering

fiberglass

materials is an advantage

automotive or agricultural manufacturing

shop floor environment

Industrial Engineering (IE)
