Position Overview:
The Managing Partner / General Manager will lead the overall business operations of our roofing company, with a primary focus on driving revenue growth, overseeing daily operations, and developing a high-performance team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
•Lead and manage all sales activities, from lead generation to closing prospects and collections.
•Implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
•Build relationships with homeowners, vendors, and partners.
•Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize sales performance.
Operations & Management:
•Oversee project management, scheduling, and execution of jobs to ensure quality and timeliness.
•Implement and enforce operational processes and safety protocols.
Team Leadership:
•Hire, train, and mentor a team of sales project managers, and crew leaders.
•Manage KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and build a strong team culture.
•Promote accountability, professionalism, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Customer Experience:
•Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales and installation process.
•Handle escalated customer issues and resolve conflicts with professionalism.
Qualifications:
•Proven experience 2+ years in general management, sales leadership, and operations of 5 or more salespeople.
•Track record of driving business growth.
•Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Preferred:
•Experience with CRM and project management tools.
