The Role

Reporting to the VP Capital Markets & Risk, the Manager Risk & Credit is a senior leadership role thatbalances strategic oversight and direct involvement in the execution of the team’s operational work. The Manager is responsible for overseeing market risk, credit, pricing, and commercial deal integrity that supports strategic decision-making across the organization. This role leads a high-performing team in executing day-to-day operations and shaping strategy, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and compliance frameworks.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of experience in risk and credit within energy, commodities, or financial services sectors, with a proven ability to drive innovation, contribute thought leadership, and shape industry practice.
