Manager, Revenue & Financial Compliance

NOTE: This position is based full-time in our Houston, TX office located in the Galleria Office Tower 1 at 2700 Post Oak Blvd.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager, Revenue & Financial Compliance reports to the Director, Controller. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing the following for all of NuScale’s revenue and cost share generating contracts (governmental and commercial): financial compliance, invoicing, financial reporting, revenue and receivable-related monthly reconciliations, and month-end journal entries. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* Responsible for ensuring NuScale’s financial compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements

MINIMUM SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES:* Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related business field is required. An advanced degree and/or Certified Public Accountant (or similar) designation is preferred.

+ Expertise in regulations related to government contracts and experience with related reporting + Significant knowledge of US GAAP and SOX + Demonstrated proficiency of accounting/auditing in a SOX 404(b) environment + Proven ability to analyze operational results + Demonstrated proficiency identifying and driving process improvement initiatives + ERP system experience in a SOX environment + Able to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and external stakeholders

Pay and Benefits:

The target pay range for this position is $124,531 - $150,138 annually.The full pay range is $111,531 - $174,446.
