Position Specific Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in the role of Manager, Structure & Compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate creation of legal and cost structures for development projects. Additionally, you will support compliance with internal policies/procedures, SOX and various contracts. In addition to a solid understanding of NEER's financing structures, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills and a process improvement mindset. This role interfaces with multiple departments throughout the organization so experience leading cross-functional teams is preferred.
