SALARY RANGE
The starting salary range for this position is $146,160 - $182,700 (based on qualifications). With tenure and strong performance in this role an employee may earn up to a maximum of $219,240, annualized.
Introductory Period:* New employees holding regular positions must complete an introductory period of twelve months.

Manager - Project Engineering
Overview
The Manager Project Engineering leads and manages a multidisciplinary team of Civil and Mechanical Engineers at varying levels of experience. Operating within a matrixed project delivery organization, this role serves as the primary resource manager for engineering designproviding technical expertise and ensuring quality across District projects. These projects include turbine and generator rehabilitation, hydro balance of plant, transmission, distribution, water, wastewater, fiber, structural analysis, etc. The Manager oversees all design engineering activities and collaborates closely with Project Management teams responsible for overall project execution to ensure alignment with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and safety protocols.
