The Manager – Pricing & Offer Strategy leads analytical pricing decisions and strategic recommendations for Vistra’s multi-brand residential segment

The position will lead pricing & offer strategy, manage customer life-cycle margin optimization for residential customers across 19 states, and lead the MWNE Competitive Intelligence program; he or she will also leverage advanced analytical models to optimize customer counts & margin delivery and utilize strong project management skills to ensure flawless rollout of key initiatives to the market

The Manager directly oversees 1-3 mid-to-senior-level ICs to support team objectives

The Manager communicates and works cross-functionally with all employee levels (including executive leadership) to ensure successful implementation of key customer segmentation & pricing initiatives
