Role: Manager, Operational Effectiveness

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager, Operational Effectiveness to lead initiatives that enhance operational performance, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the Field Operations department. This role will be instrumental in supporting cross-functional projects that impact customer experience, field operations, and internal compliance.
Key Responsibilities:•Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across Field Operations.
•Working with stakeholders, utilize data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and identify KPIs to measure the impact of implemented process improvements.
•Facilitate the sharing of best practices and lessons learned across the organization to drive innovation and operational improvements.
•Support the adoption of 5S practices to enhance workplace organization and efficiency.
•Facilitate the implementation of a new KPI management system to support data-driven decision-making.
•Serve as a change agent for operational transformation initiatives.
•Collaborate with operations teams to enhance customer-facing processes and service delivery.
•Provide operational support to improve service delivery and satisfaction.
•Support the alignment of operational practices by identifying opportunities to enhance process consistency, task execution, and overall improvement of key performance metrics.
•Oversee the P-card transition project, ensuring process alignment and compliance.
•Manage gas card compliance initiatives and reporting.
•Contribute to business continuity planning.
•Support the development and rollout of enhanced operational policies and procedures.
•Lead internal communications related to operational updates (e.g., “What’s News”).
•Provide project support across departments to ensure alignment and execution.
•Serve as a key liaison across departments including IT, Call Centre, Planning, Sales, and Field Operations.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or equivalent.
•5+ years of experience in operations, compliance, or process improvement roles.
•Strong project management and organizational skills.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
•Demonstrated skills and experience in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.
•Experience with 5S, KPI systems,
•Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
•Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across functions to influence change and compliance.
Preferred Skills:
•Familiarity with procurement systems (e.g., P-card programs).
•Knowledge of HVAC systems and field service operations.
•Experience with change management and/or process improvement would be an asset
