Manager Quality

SUMMARY: The Manager of Quality ensures that all materials, processes, and procedures meet regulatory and quality standards and promptly resolves any issues or discrepancies that may arise.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Disposition customer complaints and issue RMAs + Coordinate the completion of customer corrective actions and responses + Participate in customer audits + Ensure compliance with regulations + Lead Internal Audits process + Manage and coach corrective actions + Own Change Management process + Document management and reviews + Work with EHS to implement Integrated Management System to include Safety and Environmental + Lead continuous improvement for quality and systems functions + Lead software implementation for multiple sites + Maintain all modules once implemented (Action tracking, incident reporting, internal and layered audits, compliance calendar, training tracker, document manager, change management
