Repairmen (Eagles)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Operations to oversee a team of journeyman lineman who are in the Repairmen role at PGE. This role demands a leader with strong experience managing union employees, a background in the electrical industry, and a commitment to prioritizing employee and community safety.

Repairmen (AKA Eagles) are disbursed across our service territory and install, repair, and maintain our power delivery system. Repairmen also investigate service interruptions and sectionalize or clear damaged equipment with maximum regard for public safety and speedy restoration of essential service to customers. They investigate customers' service calls and complaints and make corrections where company equipment is at fault or advise the customer how to proceed when it is found to be the fault of the customer equipment.

Compensation Range:

$116,410.00 - $216,190.00

Actual total compensation, including a performance based incentive bonus, is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle or entry point of the compensation range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
