JOB TITLE: Manager, Enterprise Applications

JOB DUTIES:

Responsible for maintenance & support of Venture Global’s Operating portfolio; Manage development and support of Enterprise Applications.

Own design, development & maintenance of Business processes such Order to Cash (OTC), Procure to Pay (P2P), Make to Order (MTO), Finance to Manage (FTM) across enterprise

applications.

Support and maintain applications across modules such as Plant maintenance, Material Management, Finance and Accounting, Sourcing & Procurement using SAP ERP.

Manage integrations via SAP PI/PO and Integration Suite to internal or 3rd party applications ensuring alignment with the Business goal.

Ownership and governance of enterprise applications for green field/brown field migration, upgrades, rollouts to ensure high system performance and user satisfaction using a cloud first

approach.

Supervise and manage a team of 6 employees including Goal setting, mentorship and performance evaluations. Continuously support the team to implement solutions that drive

operational efficiency, manage risk and support strategic initiatives.

Support & execution of Venture Global’s PQ, CP2 and any upcoming new plant RFOs.

Negotiate vendor contracts for services and software. Manage vendor activities related to contracted engagements to ensure quality work delivered on time and within the scope of the

contract.

Ensure effective ITIL compliant incident, problem and change management practices using ManageEngine Service Management tool.

Define and report on Enterprise Application support metrics using tools like PowerBI.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: This job requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information technology, systems security or related field and 5 years of experience in SAP ERP and 3rd party applications along with experience integrating them which includes defining application strategies with a Cloud first approach

Must have prior experience with the following:

2 years of IT experience in the Oil & gas industry or Utilities sector;

Experience in working with leaders across functional teams, including HR, Finance & Accounting, Procurement, Operations and Maintenance, Commercial Operations and Project

Controls, to align technology strategy and roadmaps to business goals using SAP ERP solutions, Ariba or Coupa;

Experience with migrations / upgrades (Greenfield/Brownfield), Rollouts and application maintenance & support;

3 years experience in a management position, and handling teams and supporting them with the execution of the project along with ensuring their growth by Goal setting, performance

evaluation and mentorship;

2 years experience with managing vendors across various locations and geographies including managing, scoping and resourcing as per the demand;

2 years experience with ITIL process with respect to incident, change and problem administration and information technology governance in a multi- platform environment using the

following ITSM tools: ServiceNow, Remedy, HPSM. Experience with application Reporting and governance on the incidents, service tickets, change requests using PowerBI;

1 year experience with annual budgeting and forecasting; tracking and report variances using Peoplesoft;

1 year experience with implementation of Business continuity & Disaster Recovery plans on an enterprise application (SAP ERP).
