Noble Environmental, Inc. is seeking an Application Manager with specialized expertise in TRUX waste management software and enterprise communication platforms. This role will be responsible for overseeing critical business applications that drive our hauling and landfill operations, customer service, and internal collaboration. The ideal candidate will bridge operations and technology, ensuring our systems are optimized, reliable, and fully utilized to support growth and efficiency.
- Serving as the organization’s TRUX Waste Management Software subject matter expert, ensuring the system is fully leveraged across all hauling and landfill operations
- Partner with operations and accounting teams to ensure data accuracy, smooth workflows, and system-driven efficiencies
- Administering and supporting Vonage Business Center phone systems, including user setup, call flow management, and feature optimization
- Monitor system performance, troubleshooting issues, and coordinate with support for escalations and enhancements
- Work alongside the Information Technology team and with vendors to maintain system and application integrations
- Assist in developing reports, dashboards, and metrics within TRUX to provide operational and financial insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- Demonstrated expertise in TRUX Waste Management Software platform administration, including configuration, reporting, and end-user support
- Hands-on experience with Vonage Business Center and Vonage Contact Center, including call flow design and user management
- Strong understanding of system integrations with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and training abilities to support system users across all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and familiarity with general IT system workflows
- Standard business hours with flexibility required for system rollouts, upgrades, or urgent troubleshooting outside normal hours
