Manager, Business System Integration

The Nuclear Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Business System Integration to join our team. This critical role will lead the integration of various business systems, ensuring seamless data flow, enhanced operational efficiency, and robust support for our complex operations within the highly regulated nuclear energy environment. The Manager, Business System Integration will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of all business system integration initiatives. This includes analyzing existing systems, designing integration solutions, managing implementation projects, and ensuring that integrated systems meet business needs, enhance data integrity, and comply with the stringent regulatory and security requirements of the nuclear energy industry. This role will serve as a key liaison between IT, operations, engineering, finance, and other critical business units. Responsibilities include developing and implementing integration strategies and architectures, leading project management and implementation, ensuring data integrity and security, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, optimizing and supporting systems, ensuring regulatory compliance and audit support, and potentially leading a small team. Experience required includes a bachelor's degree in a related field, 7+ years in IT with 3+ years in business system integration, familiarity with integration patterns and platforms, and experience in regulated industries. Skills include project management, analytical abilities, communication, proficiency with integration tools, and understanding of business processes.
