Responsibilities

•

Perform routine maintenance tasks on various building systems and equipment.

•

Conduct inspections of facilities to identify issues and ensure compliance with safety standards.

•

Execute residential painting projects as needed to enhance the appearance of facilities.

•

Provide leadership in coordinating maintenance activities and assisting team members.

•

Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical systems.

•

Weld and fabricate components as necessary for repairs or improvements.

•

Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.

•

Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.

•

Proficiency in English for effective communication with team members and customers.

•

Experience operating tractor equipment.

•

Ability to perform residential painting tasks effectively.

•

Basic electrical knowledge and skills are essential; additional certifications are a plus.

•

Excellent customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.54 - $16.26 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
