The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing all duties that apply to maintenance to ensure successful plant operation
Millwright* Install motor, gear boxes, belts, chains and other drivetrain items* Have the knowledge how to set bearings and shafts* Ability to work and climb in high areas* Able to maintain and repair all equipment* Must be willing to attend the necessary school or training to fulfil requirements.* Must be willing to work in other roles as needed for the good of the plant*
Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings desired* Two years or more’ experience in a maintenance role* Good troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude desired* Maintenance worker status is only given to employees that demonstrate their ability to fluently perform this job function without oversight or without needing direct supervision.*
Must be available during non-work hours, as needed, including evening, weekends and holidays. Must be willing to work up to 12 hrs. Per day or more when required. Must be able to tolerate cold, heat, dirt and other environmental factors. This is an open-air facility.
Must be able to tolerate prolonged standing and walking. Required to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to climb ladders and stairways.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
Full time. Regular schedule – 4-5 days per week Monday through Friday – 8 to 10 per day. On call as needed. Benefits include health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, 401K, profit sharing, ESOP, pension plan & holiday bonus.
