Overview:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for for the installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment.
Responsibilities:
•Installation, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plant equipment
•Maintenance of natural gas and liquids separation & filtration systems
•Troubleshooting and repair of condensate stabilization and amine treating systems
•Operation and maintenance of turbine, reciprocating, and screw compression systems
•Regular interface with instrumentation & electrical technician, plant operator, engineering, control room, supply chain, management, environmental, and safety teams
Qualifications:
•High School Diploma or GED
•Minimum 1 year of experience in gas processing or related industry
•Valid state driver’s license
•Ability to:Work independently in a fast-paced environment, Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues with minimal supervision, Read and interpret technical documents such as manuals, schematics, and P&IDs and Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
•Familiarity with:Mechanical systems and rotating equipment, Standard safety and operational procedures in oil and gas environments.
•Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions and respond to callouts or emergencies as needed
