Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing production equipment to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, performing preventative maintenance, and potentially participating in process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial mechanics and electrical systems, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

•

Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to prevent breakdowns.

•

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.

•

Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and ammeters to diagnose issues effectively.

•

Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and components.

•

Perform welding tasks as needed to repair or fabricate parts.

•

Maintain high voltage systems in compliance with safety regulations.

•

Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure seamless operations.

•

Document maintenance activities and report any significant findings or recommendations.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or maintenance technician.

•

Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices, including hydraulics and electrical systems.

•

Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and ammeters.

•

Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.

•

Experience working with high voltage equipment is preferred.

•

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

•

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

•

Certification or relevant training in industrial maintenance or electrical fields is a plus.
