Maintenance Technician/HVAC certified Technician 1st shift

Generac is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician/HVAC certified Technician

to join our 1st shift team at our Whitewater facility. In this critical role, you’ll help keep our manufacturing operations running smoothly by ensuring equipment and systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably.

- Perform mechanical, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

- Conduct preventative maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.

- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from the production floor.

- Support facility climate control systems as needed.

- Work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Promote a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement.

What You Bring

- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical and electrical systems.

- HVAC certification (EPA Universal or equivalent) required.

- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals.

- Dependable, self-motivated, and responsive in fast-paced environments.

- Willingness to support emergency repairs when needed.
