Basic Purpose and Objective of the Position
An employee in this position is responsible to provide preventative and repair maintenance for facilities and equipment, installation of new equipment, support process improvement as directed by the Manager, Maintenance.

6. Support Process Improvement and Engineering projects
- High school diploma, plus specialized training, certification. or a two-year degree
- 2-5 years' maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Action-oriented and independent with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work at a quick pace.
- Demonstrates creativity in problem-solving and making innovative connections.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards and regulations.

1st shift- Monday through Friday, 7am-3:30pm; 2nd shift- Monday through Thursday, 3pm-1:30am
