Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role covers two nearby plants, supporting production equipment through troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

What You’ll Do

- Perform routine, emergency, and preventive maintenance.

- Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, pumps, motors, gear reducers, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

- Support and maintain CMMS (Oracle, SAP, Maximo, etc.).

- Conduct equipment calibrations and inspections.

- Assist with improvement projects and equipment upgrades.

- Follow OSHA safety standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

- High School Diploma or GED.

- 5+ years industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing or food industry preferred).

- Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

- Welding and PLC experience a plus.

- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in indoor/outdoor manufacturing environments.

- Local candidates preferred (on-call support required).

Pay & Benefits
