Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as inspecting, cleaning, and repairing equipment and machinery. Plumbing, electrical, & repair experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment and machinery to determine the root cause of problems.
- Repair or replace faulty components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders by addressing their maintenance needs promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical systems, and building maintenance.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Leadership skills to supervise and train junior technicians if required.
