The day to day of a Maintenance Technician will perform all necessary maintenance duties of the gas wells, well pumps, and collection system as reported by the Field Technicians and as observed on daily rounds. The employee will be trained to perform duties including but not limited to the following: welding HDPE pipe, installing well heads, pulling, and repairing well pumps and operating heavy equipment. They will also discuss and execute the daily schedule and maintain various forms of communication with all personnel. This position requires a punctual individual who understands the company’s priorities and goals. Priorities change daily, having an adaptive and comfortable with adapting is ideal to be successful in this position. We expect our Maintenance Technicians to have integrity, honesty, and punctuality as their top traits to be successful in this position.
· Communicate daily with all levels of management.
· Maintain inventory and communicate when items are low (pumps, regulators, hoses, wellheads etc.)
· Maintain and repair all components of the wellfield.
· Fusing poly pipe for pipeline and for well extensions.
· Maximize field efficiency (verify all pumps are in operating order, Prioritize of high flowing wells)
· Follow Safety Program in the field and encourage safety of all employees by adherence to EPA/TCQ/Republic SOP laws and regulations.
· Must be eligible to be legally employed in the U.S.
· The ability to travel when needed (10 – 20% on avg.)
· Complete and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and MVR in accordance with company policies
· Ability to work overtime, on-call and weekends when needed
· Required to exert physical effort in handling objects up to 50 lbs. on occasion
· Required to work outdoors approximately 90% of each workday. Work involves exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, or similar elements.
· Comfortable walking over steep and rough terrain for considerable distances daily
· Comfortable working in a Landfill Environment, and around moving Heavy Equipment
· An outgoing candidate who is well spoken, a quick learner, and has a good attitude

· Proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office 365
· Experience with analytical equipment and data is a plus but not required
